I’m a 17yearold kid, and I honestly didn’t expect this to happen 😭 I invested over ₹70,000 into an AI directory website. It’s been 2 months, and we’re still not profitable. We’ve had around 3,600 users visit the site, but only about 20–30 users are active daily. We also have an option where brands can list their AI websites for just ₹49 per month, but so far only 2–3 brands have submitted their sites. On top of that, my team and I are manually adding most of the tools ourselves. We’re also thinking about launching our own tools, like a prompt enhancer or an AI image layer/unassemble tool, but that would be expensive. I’m considering this because it could increase user retention in the long run, but I really don’t want to invest more money right now. I don’t know what to do next. I’m feeling very confused and honestly a bit depressed.
