Yeah, simple yet effective 😅 Although, there are ways ways to go around that too. I remember that once I had some issues with the toppings on my Pizza, so I clicked the picture with my phone and simply ate it. Later, when I went to complain on the app, I wasn't able to do so because I was required to click the pictures. So, I sent the picture to my laptop and then simply took the photo of the screen. This for some reason, worked.
