I started working before I went to the college Today, I'm glad it did because Growing up, I had No dream job. No dream company. No dream version of my future. And that shaped how I see work. Everyone talks about “finding your passion.” Here’s the unpopular truth: You don’t need a big dream to build a meaningful career. You need direction, discipline, and something real to solve. When you grow up without clarity, you don’t wait for confidence or alignment. You create it by doing. You shape it by showing up. That pressure taught me more about leadership than any degree. Years later, working with Executives and consultants, I again saw the same pattern: Those who wait to feel ready stay stuck. Those who move before the plan is perfect grow. My shift was simple: I stopped asking, “What do I want?” And asked, “Where can I add value right now? That’s how momentum starts. And momentum turns good into go-to. Did life ever push you into something you became great at?
