sometimes it is ignoring user instructions. ex: when I asked chatgpt 5.2 to search dibble & figma for app ui layouts in reasoning it says 'user asked me to search web for ui, I don't need to do that....' then I need to add prompt particularly to not override my instructions. i didn't have that problem in 5.1
