I planned to launch before Black Friday. And it’s not happening. That’s the update. And honestly, it stings a little. I was excited about the timeline. The team was aligned. The plan felt doable. But somewhere between designs, development, and everything in between, the date slipped. So now I’m waiting for a new date from the team. And I’m calling this the first failure of the product I’m building. Not because it’s a big disaster, but because it’s the first moment that didn’t go the way I imagined it. A small reminder to myself. In life, most things don’t go as planned. And that’s fine. Building a product isn’t a straight line. It’s messy, slow at times, fast at others, and filled with days where you have to adjust your expectations. The important part is to keep going. This delay won’t stop the momentum. More updates soon.
