Hello Medial community 👋 I’m exploring the best approach for an early-stage app idea I’m working on, and I’d love to hear your insights — especially from startup founders, product managers, and developers. Specifically, I’m torn between: 1. Building a Proof of Concept (PoC) — to validate the core idea and test technical feasibility 2. Developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) — with just enough features to launch and get early users Questions I have: In your experience, which approach yields more leverage when seeking funding at the idea stage? What are the trade-offs in terms of cost, time, and risk for each? Do you know of any companies or consultants in Technopark, Trivandrum who help founders build PoCs or MVPs? Both approaches have their merits: a PoC helps validate technical feasibility quickly, while an MVP provides early user feedback and traction. It’s often effective to start with a PoC, then evolve into an MVP before seeking funding.
