Delhi Government has introduced a new short-term welfare scheme — the LPSC Rebate Scheme 2025 — aimed at helping Delhi citizens settle long-pending water bills. The Delhi Jal Board will waive late payment surcharges if consumers pay their actual water bill amount. Pay by 31 Jan 2026 for 100% waiver or by 31 Mar 2026 for 70% waiver. Payments can be made online via RMS Portal or at your nearest Zonal Revenue Office. Act before 31 March 2026 to take full benefit of this one-time scheme.
