Smart job seekers think like founders: They define their target market → Which kind of companies actually need what I do? They study customer psychology → What problems is this company struggling with right now? They tailor their offer → Instead of saying “I need a job,” they say “Here’s how I can increase your brand reach by 40%.” You don’t get hired because you need a job. You get hired because you solve a problem. Once you start seeing yourself as a business, the job hunt becomes positioning - not pleading.
