Hey I am on Medial • 3d

I need a genuine advice, I have recently joined in a Company where my role is Devops Engineer , and to be specific I am into Migration role. I joined the company as a fresher and I have foundational knowledge on Cloud. The problem arises when I am assigned some Courses on AWS Skill Builder from the company, like AWS Observability, Devops Modernization. But I am unable to learn new things and very lazy on that, because many things are colliding into my mind whether these are necessary cause I don’t find how actually things work in the company and also I am not assigned to any projects for some duration as they gave me time to prepare. And also the work culture in my office is that people won’t come to office regularly and do work from home, so I cannot even talk to people about the project and gain some insights which makes my learning and day in office so boring. Please can anyone give me advice how to deal with this situation.
