SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR Harsh Dwivedi and Niket Raj Dwivedi to grow MEDIAL.APP 1) Web Application: The mobile app is excellent, but the web application feels underdeveloped. It would benefit from a dedicated and experienced web development team to bring it up to the same standard. 2) Premium Content: The current premium content library is quite limited. We recommend significantly increasing the volume and quality of this content. Focusing on startup-related problems and solutions would make it more valuable and relevant. 3) Content Partnerships: To enhance content quality and reach, consider onboarding popular and active Indian LinkedIn pages (e.g., Marketing Mind, Startuppedia) as official partners or contributors. 4) Upload the video option (max 3 minutes) I think if these points we can improve then we can give a tough competition to LinkedIn in India.
