I’d like to understand in more detail: 1. What measures will you take to ensure the quality standards of each task? 2. How will you evaluate whether a task has been completed accurately and in line with the agreed SLA? 3. What is your approach to providing theft insurance? Considering that evidence is often hard to furnish—since not all users have CCTV surveillance—there’s a risk that insurers or the system might reject claims and cancel coverage.
