This is such an important perspective. AI’s shift from being purely cognitive to influencing the emotional layer introduces both immense opportunities and serious risks. Emotional intelligence in machines could support mental health, education, and empathy-driven experiences, but without strong ethical frameworks, it could just as easily lead to manipulation, dependency, or exploitation.
