Go to Kaggle, download the dataset of your choice and do the analysis of the data using tools like tableau, Powerbi etc and Python, etc.

My advice: pick ONE industry you're genuinely interested in (healthcare, finance, e-commerce, etc.) and deep dive into 3-4 projects in that space. Employers prefer domain expertise over being a generalist. Also, focus on actionable insights, not just pretty visualizations. Business stakeholders don't care about your R² values.

Start with problems you personally face: Why does your food delivery take longer on weekends? What factors affect your commute time? Which Netflix shows get cancelled vs renewed? Personal projects are more authentic and easier to explain in interviews. Once you solve problems you care about, scaling to business problems becomes natural.
