🎯 Fantasy Gaming Ban: A Bold Move - But What About the People? I’ve always believed, and posted here too, that these apps are ADDICTIVE TRAPS, glamorised in the name of “entertainment”. Dream11, My11Circle, and others have created a massive economy built on ILLUSION - and celebrity influence. 🚫 Cricket stars, Bollywood faces, influencers - all promoting gambling-like apps, knowing full well that millions of Indian youth follow them BLINDLY. 💔 We’re not just talking money lost. We’re talking: - Broken families - Distracted students - Mental health crises - A growing addiction culture 🎮 These are NOT just “games”. They’re designed for maximum time & money drain - and the worst part? They're backed by so-called idols we worship. 💼 That said - banning platforms overnight affects lakhs of people employed in this space. Designers, marketers, techies, customer care reps… What about them? 🤝 The government must ensure: - A strong exit/resettlement plan for employees - Re-skilling support - Regulation > sudden bans 🛑 And to celebrities: STOP selling destruction for a cheque. With great reach comes greater responsibility. 🇮🇳
