Attended University • 11h

75% Attendance – More Harm Than Good? Honestly, this whole 75% mandatory attendance system feels like a waste of student life. We spend hours just sitting in classes, not because we’re learning something new, but only to make sure we don’t get debarred. Instead of forcing us to be physically present, colleges should provide proper notes, study material, or even recorded lectures so we can prepare at home. That way, we’d actually get time to explore things outside textbooks—whether it’s coding, creative projects, research, or building real skills. Creativity and self-learning always take a backseat when attendance becomes the main priority. Education should be measured by knowledge and skills, not by butts in seats. Do you agree or am I the only one who feels this? 🤔
