I felt stuck and confused.... I'm not a big building person yet...I'm just stating out But one thing I’ve realized early is this ....if I build my business in a way where everything depends only on me, then I’ll never really grow. I don’t just want to ‘run’ a business… I want to build systems. Systems that work even when I’m not available. Systems that make sure the work keeps moving, even if I step out. Because if the business only runs when I’m there, then I am running the business… the business is running me.... So I’m learning, experimenting, and slowly building those systems. It might take time, but I know — in the long run, this is what will make the difference...
