It is a emoji and then a word. I know it’s a very basic logo, didn’t want to put too much time creating a logo firsthand. But I get what you mean, will hire a designer to get our logo right :)

Just a small observation @Niket when I switch from the news tab to the home tab The house icon has new mentioned on it But I don't see latest feed , I have to click on the app logo and then click on latest to get the latest feed .
