Traditional platforms like Upwork and Fiverr are crowded, charge 15–20% commissions, and don’t solve issues like scams or unfair disputes. PeerHire fixes this with AI for skill-tagged matching, pricing, and fraud detection, and smart contracts for identity, escrow, and community-driven dispute resolution. Payments run on pUSDC, our Polygon-based stablecoin, with walletless onboarding via ERC-4337, so users can pay in fiat while benefiting from blockchain trust. We charge only 6–8% commissions for students, making it affordable and fair while building a trusted, reputation-driven ecosystem.
