Guidance Needed! Is there anyone here who is into the operations and management area? Well being a fresh B.com graduate I find myself more towards people engaging and into product or process development where you have responsibilities to be executed! Backstory- I graduated this year and I am currently working in a role where I don't feel fit (Tax). It is stressful sometimes when you really don't know how to catch the path or you know the qualification required or the way for that career. Since from this job I found that I am more focused towards the leadership and management part! Also still confused how much of a successful career or scope is there in this field.... So requesting you that your single piece of tip or advice also would reduce my stress and the tension towards what to be done ahead.. Please if you belong somewhere in these areas, kindly help!!!
