We estimated around 1-1.5 for selected list of features to be built before Sept 1st. (Only the app) They were not really open to negotiations.

yes. also it can be used from mobile. u don't need to go via Android studio. also it installs a short cut in screen to make it look like a app. if you want to build android app we have other AI tool. i can assist with that. Bolt, leap etc

How much does it cost to build an app using these tools? Rough figure? Both ios and android

max 15k to 20k to pay for dev and deployment. after deployment monthly cost will be based on traffic. my suggestion is not to go with mobile app. instead build web app that works in web and also in mobile with proper alignment for mobile.
