To the experienced business leaders here, I seek your honest advice. I’m currently in my 3rd semester of B.Tech, with a long-term goal of building my own business and launching a startup after I begin earning. My family advises me to work first and gain corporate experience, but I’m not interested in a job. At present, I’m freelancing alongside college and planning to scale it into an agency. In your experience, is it wiser to start early while in college, or focus on gaining industry experience first?
