You're underusing your phone alarm. Most people use alarms just to wake up. But that’s barely scratching the surface. I've been using alarms as a reminder system for years. Got to call someone in 15 minutes? Need to take a medicine at 11:00 AM? Want to leave office by 8:00 PM? Just set an alarm. And if I’m busy when it goes off? I hit snooze. That’s literally what snooze is for. It amazes me how often people try to remember things and then forget. Why waste mental energy on one-off tasks when a simple tool can handle it? Your brain isn’t for storage. It’s for strategy. So instead of remembering to pick up dry cleaning or send a quick email later, set an alarm and forget about it. Use that energy to focus on what actually needs your attention. One small habit shift, but the productivity ROI is massive. P.S. I’m curious, how do you use alarms beyond waking up?

When you start a new project and need to set up your database schema — what do you use first? Some people jump into SQL, others use tools like dbdiagram.io, or just scribble on paper or Notion. Curious to hear your go-to approach.
