Retention = High Product Value + Low Cognitive Effort A product’s value isn't just in what it does but in how effortless it feels to use. Tiny frictions add up, causing users to drop off before onboarding or leave for a better alternative. Imagine how users would feel using your product if :- -> They need to manually type their email, name, address etc even when their browser auto-suggest them in other sites. -> They have to see a blank screen while your slow api response is being loaded. -> There is no feedback or help button and they are stuck with their issues. Not fun, right? These aren't just annoyances, they're conversion killers. Think more about your user's experience before you need to.
