A company getting pre-money valuation at seed round feels like, hens flying like a pigeon But let's focus on question. -> 5M pre-money at seed -> 5.65M post-money after seed funding. As a company is planning to raise but haven't, so we can have 2 factors to consider. 1. Is there any excellent progress ? Great team ? Great traction ? Generated any revenue ? 2. Nothing since last fundraise because they had decided to raise 2.5M at the time of seed round itself. ( might be they needed more funds for product development which 650k wasn't sufficient and that investment is lying in deposits ). In first scenario the pre-money valuation of series A would be 9.5M. In second scenario the pre-money valuation would be 5.65M which isn't a option in your poll so we will consider nearby option 5.64M.
