Here's what most founders get wrong: they pitch the solution instead of the problem. Spend 60% of your time explaining why this problem desperately needs solving and why now is the right time. The rest is just details. Also, be prepared for the question "What if Google/Facebook/Amazon decides to build this?" Have a real answer ready.
