My 2 cents keep cogs 1/5. Do a course (freedom ticket on helium) and use helium10. Research on trend and keywords. Read reviews of competitor Amazon is great place to start. See if you can get in quick commerce (don’t get driven by PO do your own math start with 1 zone ). All the best these are just very small points there are lots of other things from finance to inventory management, design and marketing.
