Whether to live on rent or buy a house I don’t know about others but here is how I see it if you have the option to buy your own home you definitely should even if it’s through a loan. A home loan is the only loan I actually support, because your own house is always yours and someone else’s will always be theirs. Not everything in life works with calculations some things run on emotions too. And the appreciation in property value is a separate benefit. if you ever face financial problems at least you will have one big comfort that no matter what you have your own roof over your head. On rent you can be thrown out anytime.

Honestly, I really connect with this. There’s a different kind of peace that comes with living in a house that’s truly yours. Even if you’ve taken a loan, at least every payment is going into something that belongs to you. Renting feels like throwing money into something temporaryand the thought of being asked to leave anytime is unsettling. Owning a home gives a deep sense of comfort and security that’s hard to explain, but so real.
