What if performance is poor and refund is needed? All jobs are project-based (e.g., โUnload 250 bagsโ), not hourly. We assign a Team Leader (TL) to each group whoโs accountable for delivery. If work falls short, we offer replacements or partial refunds. TLs and workers build reliability scores over time. 4. How will work status be updated? Only the TL handles updates via simple WhatsApp buttons like: โ โReachedโ, ๐ฆ โLoadedโ, ๐ฐ โPayment doneโ. No apps, no typing. TLs are lightly trained and incentivised for accuracy. Itโs low-tech, trackable, and scalable.
