1. Onboarding blue-collar workers: We onboard through local labour contractors, site supervisors, and group leaders. The process is manual for now (in-person + local-language WhatsApp), with plans to add referral-based credibility scoring. 2. Why would they wait for us? They don’t wait — we aim to be a consistent source of daily work. Even 1–2 reliable bookings/week builds long-term stickiness in this uncertain market. 3. What if performance is poor and refund is needed? All jobs are project-based (e.g., “Unload 250 bags”), not hourly. We assign a Team Leader (TL) to each group who’s accountable for delivery. If work falls short, we offer replacements or partial refunds. TLs and workers build reliability scores over time. 4. How will work status be updated? Only the TL handles updates via simple WhatsApp buttons like: ✅ “Reached”, 📦 “Loaded”, 💰 “Payment done”. No apps, no typing. TLs are lightly trained and incentivised for accuracy. It’s low-tech, trackable, and scalable.
