A lot of people don’t really understand what "sector rotation" means in the market so let's try to simplify it for them. Many times the market feels like doing something different. For example suppose right now everyone is busy buying finance stocks after a few days those same people might start selling finance stocks and begin buying FMCG shares instead. That shift from finance to FMCG is what we call sector rotation. Some people say there’s a specific pattern to it but in my experience there isn’t you have to understand it by observing market conditions yourself. And even if you don’t fully get how sector rotation works that’s okay you can still make good money in the market without knowing it.
