As a agency owner myself , let me give you some suggestions. Stick to it.Do not pivot! There is no get rich quick scheme even i didn't had any clients after 6 months of running an agency I used to keep changing , first marketing then ai then another this , it doesn't help. Also mate if I be honest there is no need of doing courses now rather work in some company start from small then take a huge leap. certificate doesn't help ! And do not take it rudely it's a very genuine advice from someone who have faces similar problem.
