But QueueMate doesn’t aim to bypass that..we assist before that point. Most government offices have long token queues or entry lines, and our agents stand in those queues early on, handing over the spot when the applicant is called in. It’s like a friend saving your place, but professionally done. Our goal isn’t to exploit anyone’s time..it’s to create flexible earning for our agents while helping users stay productive. This isn’t just about monetizing queues; it’s about recognizing a broken system and solving it from scratch. Right now, this is our bridge solution..but as we grow, our larger vision is to bring in digital queueing systems, partner with institutions, and eliminate lines altogether.
