This idea might sound interesting at first, but it falls apart in practical application. It feels like a solution trying to solve a non-existent problem. First off, in high-security or protocol-driven environments—like passport offices or exam centers—external people aren’t even allowed inside. There are strict regulations to follow. Even top-level officials with personal assistants often have to stand in queues themselves because of these protocols. Implementing this would only increase unnecessary footfall and headcount inside restricted premises without adding any real value. It complicates the process instead of simplifying it.
