Zomato Pauses New Refund-Sharing Policy with Restaurants Weeks after rolling out a policy requiring restaurant partners to bear 50% of refund costs, foodtech giant Zomato has now put the move on hold. In emails sent to its restaurant partners, the company had earlier stated that both Zomato and the restaurants would equally share the burden of refunds. However, the implementation of this policy has now been paused, just a few weeks after its initial rollout. #Zomato #FoodTech #StartupNews #FoodDelivery #RestaurantPartners #CustomerRefunds #ZomatoUpdate #PolicyChange #IndianStartups #Inc42 #TechNews #BusinessNews
