Unlisted shares isn't the issue, it's wrongly phrased here. even if there's no IPO you still own and can sell shares Shares are Shares anyway

kaha sell karo demand hoga tab na, kisko sell karoge kon lega, ye asan nahi hai, baise me vi unlisted shares hold karta hu bohot sare but unn companies me jinke management ke sath meri bat chit ho direct, mereko pata hai tum kuch own karte ho ek bar usko sell karne hi kosis karna fir samne se jo rate milega bo sunke hairan ho jaaoge ₹100 ka saman ₹70 ₹80 me sell karna hoga fir vi mene jada bola, aise bohot sare shares like CSK jo avi tak IPO ka kuch kiya hi nahi hai try karo ek bar it's not easy, ye to buss ek news hai, mereko hur month 3-4 bande milte hai jinka paisa last 4-5 sal se fasa hua hai sell karna chate hai lakin kar nahi paa rahe hai
