i tried once and trust me it literally downvoted the product's reputation for the user, because it is totally recognisable that the ad is generated through AI which looks so cringe.. try fiverr like things to get the good UGC creators.

AI ads can work, yes. but you have to be very specific with your prompting. The number of iterations you would go through sometimes means it would simply be faster to design it yourself. And organic posting barely works these days. wouldn't recommend unless you have years you can wait for growth.
