𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗭𝘂𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗴’𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝟰-𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 Most people rush to grow fast and make money. But Zuckerberg built Facebook differently. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝟰-𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀: 𝟏. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐉𝐨𝐲 Build something that makes people smile. It doesn’t need to be perfect. Just something people 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 using. (Like how Facebook started with fun photo sharing in colleges.) 𝟐. 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Next, make sure people come back. Zuck says: “A product can be cool—but that doesn’t mean people will use it often.” Even something amazing like ChatGPT still works on this. If people don’t return, nothing else matters. 𝟑. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 Now that people 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐢𝐭, you grow. But don’t invite more users until you’re sure they’ll stick. Otherwise, you’re just wasting effort and money. 𝟒. 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐬𝐭 Only after joy, retention, and growth—then comes monetization. WhatsApp had 2 billion users before Meta really made money from it. Zuck took his time, and it paid off. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧: Don’t rush. Build in the right order. 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞, 𝐚𝐬𝐤: Does this product make people happy? Do they come back? Would they tell a friend? 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐅𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐭. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬. 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬. 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧.

Amazon has changed its revenue model and is now scamming customers. They take the money, keep the products, and don’t respond to calls. If you return something you don’t like, don’t expect a refund.

Throwback to Aug 2023: I was in full-on Mark Zuckerberg mode. Thought I was building the next Facebook. I had this line on loop in my head: “A million dollars isn’t cool. You know what’s cool? A billion dollars.” Spoiler: That mindset is NOT cool.

If you’re building something, don’t wait for the “perfect launch.” No ads, no fancy design — I just shared a working demo. 48h later, people from 50+ countries were using it. don’t chase perfection. Just make it usable and post it.

Remember this how Facebook looked when it launched. Don’t waste time building and testing too much in MVP stage. Just launch your hero feature, if there’s need people will still use a buggy or bad UI. Focus on validation first. Just ship it.

Why is India so heavily focused on jobs rather than building something new? Why don’t people encourage innovation? And if someone tries to start something of their own, why do they immediately face criticism, especially in middle-class families?
