Finalize Your Product- - Choose 1–2 products to launch with (ideally ones that are lightweight, authentic, and in demand) . 1st observe or survey from supplier or stores and know the demand which product sell the more ,list it out. Example:- Pooja Samagri Kit (daily or festival-based) Rudraksha Mala / Tulsi Mala Handmade dhoop/incense Spiritual gift box (Diwali or generic) Launch monthly boxes, combos, and Diwali/Rakhi specials Visit local suppliers or temples in Varanasi. Try to get handmade or locally crafted products Buy sample quantities first 2.
