GitHub repos and projects mean almost nothing without the ability to articulate your work. I've interviewed dozens of candidates with impressive repositories who couldn't explain a single line of their code during interviews. Technical skills are just 50% of the equation - communication, problem-solving, and cultural fit matter equally. Stop blaming the system and start preparing holistically.

Yeahh that's also the major problem just copying projects and showcasing it on their GitHub so what's the soln? is it mainly communication skills or should they focus on building good and complex projects with proper video demo made with it? or both?
