the main factor is the pricing. for example when kumbh happened last month even basic room where in normal days u wouldn't stay for 500 rs were gone for 10k and it went upto 2 lacs.. u know u can stay in Taj for 5 nights with that budget. another factor is paid reviews. .there are companies now who take money to post reviews. there are a lot more...
