Idea is not everything. There should be a pathway to business. It not the responsibility of aBC form or a PE investor to work on the idea. Founder should come with an idea, proof of model, plan of business and a strategy for scaling. It's not about the amount money VC firm is willing to part with, it's about the confidence with which they can give. Who else can create that confidence if not for the founder. Founder has the responsibility to convince, VCs have no obligation to provide. I hope you understand the difference
