sounds good... but it has a hell lot of fixed cost involved, right from container setup to equipment, also if u are make it for people who are in state of self doubt and stuff then u need a trainer , again a high cost thing.... tbh Gym industry is really money draining industry.... if u could optimize it... go for it...
