If you're offering deliveries in an hour or more. Than you can rent a very basic place and run your business from there too. For delivery man, at start, you just need to hire 1-2 delievery guys for full time and they'll make the deliveries. The Bigger issue is inventory management. and for that too, you can just order the goods on Zepto or get it from near by shop before delivering. Basically Hyper local delivery similar to what Dunzo did. And yeah, I'm talking about the absolute beginning. You need to make major changes in this model, as you scale. Being anonymous doesn't matter until and unless you're writing your honest feedbacks
