Hey I am on Medial • 6m

I have 2 job offers - 1 from Deloitte India as a senior consultant and another from UST global as a Lead. Deloitte's offer is a little less on base pay but with 20% max bonus while UST offer is a little sweeter. I am considering an MBA down the line but fear the poor work culture at Deloitte. From what I heard people end up working late nights and on multiple projects at once. At UST,mostly the work life will be chilled but learning opportunity is limited with little brand value. What are your suggestions? Anyone from either companies who can give more insight?

I think the conversation comes to your age as if you are looking for a great leap in career Deloitte is the option, For me if you are young work life balance should be your second Priority

If you’re considering an MBA, Deloitte’s brand value and experience might give you an edge in applications and networking. However, if work-life balance is a priority, UST could be the better choice. It depends on whether you want to optimize for career growth or lifestyle right now.
