Revolutionizing Healthy Eating in India: A High-Protein, Low-Carb Ready-to-Eat Meal Solution India’s fitness culture lacks truly healthy, ready-to-eat (RTE) meals. People seeking weight loss, muscle gain, or diabetes-friendly meals struggle with misleading “healthy” foods, busy lifestyles, and expensive health options. As a fitness enthusiast and Chemistry (Hons) student, I struggled to find meals that were high in protein but low in sugar, tasty, and quick to prepare. Survey Insights (200+ respondents): 83% struggle to find quick, healthy meals. 76% prefer savory meals over protein bars. The solution: a high-protein, low-carb, RTE meal with healthy fats, no added sugars, and quick preparation. Uses low-GI ingredients like konjac and lupin protein to prevent glucose spikes, while heart-healthy fats reduce LDL levels. Targeting gyms, hospitals, corporates, and supermarkets. Seeking validation and partnerships to redefine healthy eating in India.

Starving slows your basal metabolic rate (BMR) — the calories your body burns at rest. That’s why crash diets cause fatigue and rebound weight gain. Science says: When you eat balanced meals (protein + fiber + healthy fats), you maintain lean muscle
