The Way I See It • 4m

It’s amazing how Medial is getting massive attention overnight, all thanks to media coverage. Whether the pitch went well or not, the publicity is already working . I actually liked Kunal Bahl’s “feature factory” comment. If Medial keeps adding smart and useful features, they can turn that criticism into their biggest strength and prove the doubters wrong. But here’s the real question—why are so many investors afraid to back a vision? The biggest companies today started as ideas, not fully polished businesses. Instead of seeing potential, some sharks just want safe, quick returns. At least Ritesh Agarwal saw something in Medial’s future, but Anupam Mittal immediately questioned the deal, which just shows how reluctant they are to take real risks. The irony? Shark Tank is supposed to be about discovering groundbreaking startups. But if the judges keep focusing only on what’s already proven, they might end up ignoring the very companies that could change the game
