Very less technology products or apps come to shark tank India Most of the pitches are of food, clothes, snacks etc etc. Most of these have no scaling opportunity to be ever called a startup. What do you guys think?

Shark Tank India focuses more on consumer-facing businesses because they’re easier to understand and market. Tech startups usually chase VCs, not TV funding. The real issue? India still lacks strong early-stage support for deep-tech and SaaS startups.

india needs tech companies. defend tech. robotics.green energy. space tech. these are the future sectors.where we need high funding for R&D.Then we can think to compete with AMERICA and China. to be honest india was never in the race with them. china is going to next AMERICA and india would be just be an player. US has its chat gpt. China has deepseek with massive data center. in india? we are now establishing centers and putting money to build our own chat bot while other are in the market. rockets huh, US have already many to compete with Indian start up. china is also in the race. for thus moment we have to admire us for having foresight.
