You won't be able to cover the professional costs or the govt. fees for startup registrations. it seems to be a great idea but not every startup is profitable since day one or starts generating revenue. You will have a very small target market and most founders won't be ready to give their equity for just legal services. It will book heavy losses in my opinion

Great idea, but risky for lawyers. Not every startup succeeds, so legal professionals might end up working for equity in a company that never takes off. Would they be open to that gamble? Maybe, but only for high-potential startups.

The company will be keeping the equity right...not the lawyers, so this doesn't allies fundamental base of company. that one who provide legal services should hold equity?? I am I getting it right? or the individual lawyers should hold their clients equity?
