Are there specific companies specially one who are global ones which don't hire on the basis of degree and college you graduate from but actually acknowledging one's passion and skill the required job field? I am also eager to know whether you want to get hired on the basis of a degree or by showcasing your skills portfolio? Note: I have poor English please understand grammar and vocabulary errors.
