I mean resources yaar , for example on medial if someone subscribes for 89rs plan , gift em free upgrade to 99rs plan for a week , the user ye nahi dekhega sirf tracker ki feature hai , he will be in joy like he was gifted a free upgrade , and if it seems helpful he may continue higher plan ik not the best example but thoda Boht aise , or when cred delivered cakes for their customer as gift - that sort of , i know ki Boht zyada cash burn hai and not all businesses will able to do it but has to find ways , because a happy customer becomes a high paying customer

I've taken 89 plan first , them upgraded to 99rs plan , I want go back to 89rs plan , but Autopay isn't cancelling and in change plan section I can only choose higher plan not the 89rs one , really what tf is this , everytime I try to cancel Autopay
