Bro you are not taking commissions, okay but you are taking subscription. Which i think will be mandatory right? Not optional with a free tier and all so ultimately one way or another you are doing what you are claiming to solve for just with unnecessary extra steps.

The idea of cutting out commissions is solid. Traditional platforms just suck profits from everyone involved from restaurants, delivery partners, and to end customers but how will you make money? Why would restaurant and delivery boys pay you subscriptions?
